The two pieces, Nude with Purple Hair ($550,000) and The Rock ($490,000) were both painted in 2010, measuring 80 x 70” in oil, acrylic and charcoal.

As one of America's most popular living artist, he has been amazing prolific with dozens of major pieces each year. His production has done little to discourage sales with his top pieces selling for over $1 million.

Condo works in many mediums and styles. His early work showed the influences of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring with whom he was friends. His art has evolved in many directions and the current work may be termed "Pop Caricature."

His oil paintings are his most popular and carry the highest prices, but he also works in pastel, acrylic and watercolor. His drawings usually sell between $10,000 to $20,000, but they can go over $50,000 and as little as under $2000. He also produces etchings that normally sell between $2,000 - $3000.

Condo's popularity continues to climb, representing good investment value for the savvy art collector. His work pops up frequently on auctions and occassionally some bargains are to be found.
